BOOKING POLICY

A meet and greet is necessary for all services. This is free of charge.

PET PROFILE FORM to be completed and returned before any service begins.

The purpose of the PET PROFILE FORM is to obtain as much information about your dog(s) as possible so that I can offer the best care.

All dogs are individuals and I am passionate that in my care all their needs are met to the highest standards.

You will inform me fully of any behavioural issues for handling and care of your dog(s), especially any aggression issues.

Dogs will be kept on a lead unless consent is given by you to let them off.

I will for the first few walks keep your dog on the lead until I have tested recall and have built up trust.

During daycare or overnight care your dog(s) must be ok to be left alone in their own home for a couple of hours per day. This will be discussed on booking.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

A 10% deposit upon booking for Overnight care to secure your booking.

Balance is due when the service of care is completed.

PERSONAL LIABILITY

You acknowledge you are responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to any person or animal, or any damage to property, howsoever caused by your dog(s).

You confirm that all the information filled out in the form is true and complete.

If anything changes with your dog, you will inform me before the next booking is scheduled.

All dogs by law are required to wear a collar/harness with a tag with your information on as well as being microchipped.

All dogs must be fully up to date with their flea, tick and worm treatments.

CANCELLATION FEES

I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee should any of the following arise:

Walks: If you cancel your booking with less than 24hr notice you will be charged in full.

Daycare & Sitting Services: If you cancel your booking with less than 48hrs notice you will be charged 50% of the full fee.

Overnight Care: If you cancel your booking with less than 8 days notice, full payment will be required.

If you cancel 8-14 days, the deposit will be kept.

If you cancel with 14+ days notice there will be no charge and your deposit will be returned.

DBS CERTIFIED

I am fully insured with Cliverton Insurers, fully trained in First Aid for dogs and DBS checked

I will always provide my service of care with the upmost kindness.
I am both reliable and trustworthy and can provide references on request.
